I agree with the positive comments. I have never felt so comfortable going to see a dentist. Dr. Fares is amazing. He's friendly, knowledgeable and gentle. His staff are by far the best. You are greeted with a smile and a joke as soon as you walk in and I have never waited longer than 5 minutes before being called in. Needing a last second dental appointment on a Saturday isn't easy but fortunately Rockwood Dental were able to take me.
The office was really nice and Dr. McKay was very pleasant to deal with. I was in and out in just under an hour and will definitely be going back for my next appointment.

Excellent and caring Dr. and staff. Dr Bruin never made me feel rushed when answering any of my questions and concerns. He explained everything in terms I could understand.
His support staff goes above and beyond for their patients, even coming in on their vacation for post op checkups.
I feel very fortunate to have had Dr Bruin do my surgeries.

Dr. Rocci's service has been excellent in the 20 years or so I have been seeing him for my chiropractic need. His facilities both in Burlington and Hamilton has always been very clean whenever I attend.
Dr. Rocci prices are very competitive, I believe, and his assistants does an excellent job in managing the schedule, so wait time is limited, the longest I've had to wait is 5-minutes. He also has senior rates.

Lisa at the front desk has been accommodating with my personal needs for appointments given the strict schedule an OB has!
