Dr. Palleck and her staff were very helpful and excellent with my daughter. I am truly thankful for the work they did, she went from never smiling to showing off her beautiful smile all of the time. People have commented on what a huge difference her teeth are now compared to before. I would highly recommend Dr. Palleck and her team. Dr. Palleck is excellent with her patients. In fact the entire team is from the moment you walk in they are always smiling and willing to help answer any questions

Had an awesome experience here, got looked at very quickly and today just had a tooth extracted.
everybody there was nice and was polite, Was in and out within a half hr.
I give 5 stars because I had to cancel my first app last week because of being sick and they were able to fit me in a week later. any bad reviews on this dental office could not be true, or either the customer not getting what they want as I’ve worked in customer service for 7 yrs and the customer is not always right.

Have been going to him many years even when he was in Norwich. I would never change doctors. He is a very caring and intelligent man. He always has a smile for you and is always willing to talk when you need him.

He's the best dr. I've ever had. He doesn't hesitate to send you for tests or other specialists. I've been with him for 24 yrs and it's like going to see an old friend.

I have had a great experience with my invisilign system. Having previously worn the traditional “train tracks” this new system was pain free and easy to use. The results have been quick and wonderful! I always have a great experience at each of my appointments, the staff are great to deal with, I never have to wait for my appointment once I have arrived at the office and dealing with Dr. Palleck is always a pleasure! I have always feared dentists and especially the needles. Dr. Gnidec is very gentle and he and his staff really put you at ease. My overall experience was wonderful. I would highly recommend this office if you are looking for a dentist.
