I had Ricky come by and installed the roof for us last year. Ricky showed extremly patience and helped me go through and revise the plan over and over again. The work was nicely done, and his crew were polite and professional. They used some sort of detector sweeping the lawn to make sure nothing garbage was left around the house. Small details make the difference, right? I would like to recommend Ricky to anyone I konw of.

He answered the phone when we tried to reach him and he finished in record time although he was very busy at the time. I had kept an article about Absolute Roof Solutions that was written in the Vancouver Sun over ten years ago. I was lucky to find them. Shane, a courteous and efficient company representative, gave me a booklet about what questions to initially ask about a roofing job. I also received a written estimate with two options for doing the job, both at reasonable rates. A written guarantee was delivered by Shane after the job was done. The workmen came to do the job at the time agreed upon.

Matt from Roy Dennis Roofing came out and within minutes found the source. I was impressed and was told the crew could be out next week to fix it. 2 days later I got a message that Matt himself had come out and already completed the repair and less than quoted. We have had our roof demossed and treated by a different company many times, but had a bad experience with them last time. Ranger was working on a house on our road. We called up and he came down explained his process and did an estimate that day.
We were very happy with the service. Not only did he do an excellent job, but Mike was a very nice young man with an attention for detail. We loved that he answered all our questions and offered tips on how to get the most out of our roof. Our roof looks brand new.
