After sticking with the same company for over 20 years, we switched to Drain Doctor this fall and couldn’t believe the tremendous difference in quality service and amazingly reasonable price for both a preventive sewer cleaning and a cleaning of a slow shower drain. The personnel were efficient, thorough, clean, and friendly to deal with and showed up when scheduled. I moved to the other end of the city so I have tried other massage therapists closer to me , and no one compares. Two years later my back completely spasmed out of nowhere, and he fit me into his schedule the next day knowing the importance of me being able to work, and care for my son. I bought a pellet stove from these folks about 10 years ago. Happy to say that it still runs like a charm and I use it a lot - basically 24 hours a day for about 6 months of the year. Other that a few gaskets and a sensor that needed replacing I have not had any major issues with my stove. On the rare occasions when I needed some maintenance advice I spoke with one of their technicians (Marvin I think) and he was very helpful. Really cannot say enough about the product and the service.
