I have been using Ruffsport for over 3 years. Heather and her facilities are absolutely amazing. Her love and care for our dogs is beyond believable. Our Border Collie went to her for board and train out of control and terrorizing out cats. When we got her back she was a different dog. I find all the staff at virtually each Pet Valu I visit to be polite, helpful and genuinely caring about animals. They take pride in the products they offer, especially the high quality goods. We acquired our latest pets, three rescue cats, through their placement program and we couldn’t be happier. They were helpful, kind and,most importantly ethical. Very nice job!

The staff at this particular Pet Valu are always so pleasant and helpful. The store is clean and always stocked with what I'm looking for and the location is convenient. I was recently in asking about a particular issue we have with our puppy and the staff offered advice and even called for a second opinion.
