We emailed and left messages with a number of hot tub companies... Premium Wholesale was far above with excellent service. We spoke to a gentleman Orville who was so pleasant and looked into info for us and was the best.... We called the office and Cheryl who answers the phone (YES answers the phone) was just as pleasant and helpful.. WE would strongly recommend this company any time... Richard and his team did an outstanding job replacing failing brick and mortar on our century home. Richard is professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to find the best selection of bricks to make our home look authentic to the period and existing colour palette. Richard and his crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were responsive to any concerns and questions we had. They also carefully cleaned up upon completion. She is at the top of her field and has been 100% accurate with all my issues. I have been her patient for about 20 years now. Bring a book to the waiting room because sometimes the wait is long because she gives each patient as much time as they need with her. I highly recommend her.

Raj is a great guy to deal with. He gave us honest professional advice about what needed cleaning and what didn't and he provided a discount where he could. Our couch has a difficult fabric to clean, but Raj went the extra mile and didn't charge us for it. Raj arrived on time and we felt his prices were very reasonable for the amount of cleaning he provided. I'm definitely contacting Raj again.
