I recently had a microblading eyebrows tattoo done by Calais Morimoto. Calais is a very talented artist. She has done a fantastic job with my eyebrows. Everything looks beautiful and supernatural at the same time. Both shape and color are perfect. I didn't experience any pain or discomfort. I strongly recommend Calais and Browcasso to all my friends and family.

This is by far the most extensive tshirt printing company available in the lower mainland and definitely North Vancouver. Their staff members are pleasant to deal with, competent and readily available. Their willingness to provide me with swift image file modifications, suggestions, and concise estimates without any hesitance made the tshirt printing company process easy and less of a headache I expected. I have been looking for a piano for my kids to start lessons when school starts and went to Showcase Pianos. Wow what a great store. I just loved the location and friendlyness of the staff. They let me try any piano I wanted, even the kids. I was surprised to hear that they could speak different languages to accommodate their clients. I felt very comfortable and I will definately bring my husband back to look at a few pianos I really liked, especially the Fazioli! It was nice that they were all in tune and nicely displayed. I can't wait to see one in my house. Thank you very much.

I give it five stars based upon what it is - a clean, safe, and most importantly, cheap place to stay downtown Vancouver. It is exactly what it purports to be. The rooms were almost funny they were so small but it had what you needed and nothing was scuzzy. Share it with a friend and it is the same price as a hostel. Everyone was friendly.

The title says it all. I am a big believer in the hand-written thank you note after job interviews or other business transactions. Most of the time, as a guy, even a griffinguy, you are given two choices for thank you cards...boring and flowery. Not at Buchan's. This is my favourite restaurant. period. I don't get the chance to travel to Vancouver much but we've debated flying in just for dinner at Ouisi. There isn't a thing on the menu you should not order. Great portion sizes, great flavours - I crave them while back home in Ontario.

Thank goodness some people with foresight and vision saw the opportunity that presented itself when the Shaughnessy Golf course closed in the 60s. Saving a good chunk of the land from developers, the Vancouver Foundation, the Province and the City of Vancouver worked to establish this gem on part of the land once occupied by the golf course. The results are now here for all to see with charming little paths winding among the impressive variety of plants, shrubs, bushes and trees that are all carefully labeled throughout the grounds. There's even a fun and challenging hedge maze! The restaurant is a lovely place to go for a meal and the gardens seem an ideal spot to hold a wedding with great places for photo ops throughout the gardens. And Van Dusen continues to improve with a new visitor centre being built for 2011. The other thing that must be mentioned as a must see is the light show they put on every Christmas. Huge swaths of the gardens are lit up with thousands if not millions of lights. This is all complemented by a musically choreographed light show that happens regularly on the main pond. WIth snack booths offering hot chocolate and other goodies it is a great way to indulge in Christmas Spirit. Visit Van Dusen Gardens and enjoy a little tranquility in the middle of the city!
