Talk about Superior customer service on Oct 28/2019 ! My door closer was broken so Steve send his man down right away at 8 am within 20 minutes a brand new was put in and my door is like new . We used Dean’s twice in the last couple of month’s. Dustin gave us good service. I appreciated his ability to communicate, his honesty (our first set of leaks was super simple to fix ?), and his efficiency.
The first one about communication is a sore spot for me with other contractors. I’ve had some companies that super suck at it and you end up waiting and waiting and waiting,.....
