They went out of their way, literally out of their catchment, to help when others couldn't. Cody had exceptional communication skills and worked with me to coordinate details. had a flat tire on our rv , they were very booked up, but allowed me to us their floor jack, and so i removed the tire myself, they repaired the flat for free !

Excellent customer service!! Jeremy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.. Kal tire couldn’t provide the tires I needed so Jeremy found a reputable vendor who was able to help!! I’ve worked in retail for many years and that is how you bring customers back!! Also as I was loading my tires another young man who works for you cheerfully helped me load the rest! Thanks Kal tire for having such knowledge friendly and well trained staff! I will be spreading the word!!
