Exceptional Services
I was a bit skeptical about this financial institution when I heard it. However, when I tried to call and apply for a loan, Ms. Diana truly help me even though it was my first time. As a client, she was very informative and well-mannered. And amazing staff also. They know for sure to help other people whoever in need. I’ll highly recommend this branch for fair stone loaners who want to get some loans.

ATB is a very good bank in my experience with banks in Alberta. They provide outstanding customer service. Recently had a complicated issue with ongoing mortgage and Solomon Oliver Kousha along with his manager have been able to resolve the issue I was dealing with and that was a great relief to me. I prefer having ATB as my main bank as opposed to other major banks. They really care about their customers. Thank you.

Barbara Gardner went wayyy over and beyond.
This has always been a fantastic bank. Barb at the front desk is always friendly and helpful. All the staff are super and it's a friendly ambiance.
Anyway we needed to to a legal thingummy, I won't get into the details, but Ms Gardner helped us so much and we were all so impressed by her professionalism and help when we were in a tight spot. Many thanks Barbara!

I had approached Leasing CO's in Edmonton as well as Calgary and they were almost $20000/ more in interest than what Mathew Of Alpha Trucking Solutions got for me.The whole leasing process was very easy & Stress free - they were more than wiling to get in touch with the Dealer/Insurance agents directly.

Since moving to Calgary two years ago I've found the level of service at this branch to be exemplary. Of all of the Scotia branches on the West/Southwest of Calgary this is the heavy hitter: smart staff, quick moving lines and a space that is clean and well lit. The tellers have been a cut above, especially when you compare them to the other branches.
I've never encountered the rudeness the prior reviewer mentions. If anything my experiences have been the total opposite.
