Travelling through Angus on a Friday afternoon, when my rad hose decided it was going to leak, and pour my coolant everywhere. In a panic, and in a rush, they went WELL above and beyond to get me on the road. The part that I needed; closest one was in Barrie. One of the guys actually drove their own vehicles to Barrie to get the rad pipe, because it was after the last part shipping vehicle. I cant thank all of them enough. NEVER have I been treated like I was actually a customer. THE BEST!

I went in to get a quote to have brakes installed on all wheels!. Their quote was lower than 2 other quotes from their competitors. They told me they could do the repairs the same day in 2 hours. I was in at 8am and out by 10 am!! Great service!! Friendly personal service from John, Blair and the mechanic who did the work on the brakes. I would highly recommend this Midas shop to anyone needing service on their vehicle. ?

I have brought in area rugs to be cleaned, and had Simcoe Carpet Cleaners come to the house to clean wall to wall carpeting. The service is always prompt and excellent. John and his staff take pride in the family run business, and ensure you will be a loyal and repeat customer. I like the fact that they give you a choice to save some money by bringing in your own rugs and blinds for cleaning. It shows they value your time, too!

I had all of the windows in my house replaced by Kempenfelt Windows. I was impressed off the bat when the President of the company came to give me the initial quote. He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. The windows themselves are perfect, helping to keep my energy costs down (and the aesthetic of the house up!). The installation team was professional, courteous, and perhaps most importantly, clean. 5/5 across the board! Not surprised to see Matt getting so many positive shoutouts in the reviews. The guy was extremely informative and by no means pushed the sale at all what so ever. Was extremely quick with every response and got me everything I need to avoid ever paying a gym membership again! Would strongly recommend these guys if the staff are all half as good as Matt was to us!
