As a mom with three little kids, I felt that becoming physically fit was impossible. I was struggling with anxiety one year postpartum and decided to give exercise a try. I was invited to a free Hot Mama class and that day changed my life. Within this incredible community, I have exercised consistently for almost a year and am feeling human again. Ashley encourages, builds up, teaches, challenges, and tells you to "find your reason". AND your kids get out and moving too! It's awesome!

Having never been to a physio therapist before I was nervous and a bit sceptical. But within minutes of being in the office and talking with the friendly, knowledgeable receptionist Michelle, i was comfortable and relieved of my worry. The professionalism and care of Dr. Pandya, helped me reach my goals and the improvement I felt was immediate. I always feel welcome and am always treated with respect. I have had a great experience with this new, clean clinic. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and was very quick to get me an appointment and fix my pain. I take my Dad here every month and they sure know how to treat their customers. You get the one on one help that you don't get in Safeway or something like it. Great prices and huge inventory. I would recommend this place if you need anything healthcare.

I have enjoyed the comfort and friendly atmosphere here! The staff are always willing to help in all areas and I find are very knowledgeable in what they are doing. The front desk girls are smiling and very pleasant with either a booking or helping you with your glasses decisions.
