We were having a enormous problem on lateral violence within our team. It was a very toxic place to work, Daniel & Andrea came and in a full week of workshops and team building activities, we all noticed that our team had the right ingredients to be a great team again...we only needed to be reminded and that is exactly what they did. We are absolutely happy with them, and will be hiring them again for our quarterly training.
