I discovered Northern Protocol quite by accident 7yrs ago when I first moved to Barrie. Accidents aren't pleasant but I can assure everyone reading, discovering them certainly was. My computer repairs have always been done with total professionalism & accuracy. I'd say that Northern Protocol is a definite "medical facility" when a computer is ill. The team of Northern is second to none. I would'nt consider taking my computer anywhere else.

I was experiencing issues with my Bell Wi-Fi, so I reached out to Signa to improve speed and coverage in my home. They recommended a Ubiquiti Wi-Fi system, which was expensive. However, considering all I've been through with Rogers, then mesh, and finally Bell, I decided to give this new system a try. Now, coverage is excellent across all three floors of my home, and speed matches what I'm paying for with Bell. Needless to say, I'm very happy with the Ubiquiti system and highly recommend Signa.

I brought my vinyl player and speaker equipment a couple of days ago and he took the time to show me all the cord options for the cord I was looking for. AMAZING service! they recovered my data for 80% less than what I was quoted by geeksquad... My external hard drive stopped working and I had a lot of important data on it as I am a professor at Ryerson and had all my students assignments on it so naturally I panic and called best buy (worst decision ever), they told me my drive was totally dead and it would cost $1650 - $2000 for the recovery. I did a search and found these guys for a second opinion, when i brought it in they quoted me $350 WOW.
