October 3 2015 we took our new puppy Sasha For the entire work on our Sasha washing, clipping to our content with there work and a wonderful job well done from the staff. She Sasha is our second pup next to Whisper who past away years ago was also groomed at Pet Smart and jobs were also well done.

I was delighted to find Roger when I returned to Ottawa in 2007 from two years overseas. He is simply the best hair stylist I have had and I intend to continue with him, every 5 weeks, until (and if) I relocate. For those who are willing and able to spend almost $100 for a haircut every 5-6 weeks you can safely put your trust in Roger. I wouldn't see anyone else.

This store is a hidden gem in which I found the most perfect dress for my wedding and one of the most loving salespersons I have ever encountered. I felt I mattered. This is a place I will return to and suggest to people I know (and don't know). Good customer service at their new sales office on rideau. They took me up to the model unit at their newest building downtown, and it had better upgrades included than most of the other new condos I've seen downtown Ottawa so far... will probably buy one soon
