We came up for 10 days vacation when our BMW started running very rough with no BMW service station on the Coast. I called Wayne and he said he was booked for the week but to bring it in. Mike is the man. I have been taking the all of our family's vehicles to him since 1997 when he was still on old Victoria. You can count on him for realistic and reasonable estimates. He seems to always find the problem quickly, and fix it so it stays fixed.
And he's not tied to a dealership so he can save a bundle using jobber parts, or even used parts when appropriate. Very trust worth and good service.

Consistently very helpful and I have always had excellent service. Have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a prescription to be filled especially great after a visit to Emergency or after surgery at nearby Nanaimo hospital when you are not up to par. Chairs, coffee and cookies are available. Compounding services are offered. Prescriptions costs seem to be comparable to the least expensive and largest pharmacies in Nananimo.

My septic tank backed up into my basement and I contacted the closest plumber to me which was Answer Plumbing, he then told me what I thought needed to be done but that he didnt have the right equipment for the job so then he recommended Djs Plumbing. I called on the weekend, even though it didnt say he was open and he called me back the next day. He was able to come on Monday in the afternoon. Monday morning I got a call saying he could be here earlier which was great! He was AWESOME! Fixed!

I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could. Amazing service with top quality workmanship. The repairs were quite reasonable (less than I guessed they would be). My car is only 3 months old and they repaired the damage to looking almost new again. I was disappointed in myself for damaging my new car and now it looks great. From estimate to pick-up the process was smooth and professional.
