I saw Chad for multiple visits for what ended up being diagnosed as a right hip labral tear. He helped me with strengthening, pain reduction, and range of motion, so much so that I was able to resume exercises that I couldn't attempt in months. Have loved going here for the past 3 weeks. I had become so frustrated, feeling like my upper back pain would never go away despite being only 26 years old. However in the past few weeks, Dr. Homer has greatly improved my back pain to it basically being gone. I expect at this rate to be pain-free in the next couple weeks and I couldn’t be more happy and relieved. Thank God I found Dr. Homer!

I found Dr. Hong on Google and met with him twice before finally going under a needle. My meetings were short but informative. The surgical staff was friendly and helpful. Guy goes above and beyond as a trainer!!. I started working out with Guy as a way to become stronger after having back surgery. Guy taught me how to train properly with better technique so I won’t injure myself again. As a trainer Guy goes out of his way to accommodate your needs and abilities. He went as far as researching Dragon boat techniques to help me train for the sport and spent time learning how to adapt the exercises during my pregnancies. I would highly recommend him!!

Our communication with this moving company Richmond Hill ON was very pleasant. The office staff is very receptive, responsive and competent. We got pleasure from dealing with these people. Our movers came as been planned and worked fast, taking two breaks. They've got those dollies, blankets and tools for securing our furniture inside the truck since it was a long distance moving. They worked the whole day and finished late at night. Obviously it had been a tough day, but the memories are great!

I want to appreciate Scarborough moving team for great service while moving my apartment. They moved me so painless and fast that I couldn't believe it’s possible. I saw these movers Vaughan while moving my neighbor one year ago. This time I hired them for myself. Booking went fast as well as packing (I ordered it one week before moving day). The packers came with boxes and packed us in few hours. One week later they loaded the truck and moved us. It was most comfortable moving in my life. I really appreciate the service I've got and will happily recommend these movers.

I am very happy that I have found this clinic, they just opened in my neighbourhood (St. Clair West) last Fall. I have been going for prenatal massage regularly, I have tried a few registered massage therapists there, they are all very good in listening to my needs, and they are very professional. I also like the atmosphere there, it's clean and calming, not your average wellness clinic, and I trust the therapists there, you can tell they are more professional than the ones in a spa.
I had headaches during my first trimester, the owner practices acupuncture therapy there, he gave me a few treatments and it helped a lot. I was skeptical about acupuncture before, and was afraid of needles, but it didn't hurt at all, and I felt way better after. I just want to thanks them and will definitely recommended my family and friends.

Not only was Faz dedicated to finding the root causes of my body aches, blockages and pains but he showed patience and paid close attention to what my body needed. Initially I went through a sort of shock when he started with the actual massages, but after a second visit my body was much more relaxed and could enter easily into a meditative state. He has also left me with homework so to speak, small stretch routines, etc. I can tell his intuition is transactional with all clients and I look forward to working with him more in the future.
