John Brock himself came out to rescue me when I locked my keys in my car. He travelled over an hour to me when none of the surrounding CAA providers wanted to take my call. He arrived around 11:30pm at night and was friendly, cheerful and pleasent. He wasn't at all resentful or rude to me for placing a call so late in the evening. He is a kind-hearted man who genuinely enjoys his job. He was time-efficient also, and had the problem solved within minutes. He will be the first on my list to call!

This is a fantastic business that has been around for a while. They specialize in high quality work on diesel motors. They have a reputation for outstanding quality, honesty, and integrity. I have enjoyed doing business here for many years. I will go back here again because of the excellent customer service and highly skilled mechanics. I had a problem with my diesel truck which showed up after a garage I had been patronizing for 6 years did some routine service. This garage was not too helpful and at one point they gave me my keys back and told be to take it to another garage. I did. Dean Listened, went on a couple of road tests with me. He took my truck home overnight and was able to track down the problem. He fixed my truck and now has a new customer!
