I became a customer of Dayton Storage (Markham) in 2018 and they have been the best storage facility I have ever dealt with. For starters, their onsite Manager is very responsive to your needs/requirements aside from her wonderfully cheery disposition. The company has discounts for small businesses uses, and do not hike up your rate some unreasonably high amount for no apparent (or lame) reason, as their competitors do. Highly recommend! HONEST! - dealt with Manev, they were professional in that there was a clear process for how they handled a job - inspecting item, suggestion of the way forward, communicating cost, if agreed proceed, including giving me a time expectation that they will communicate with me. What showed true integrity was in the end, turns out my phone had died - they did not falsely charge me or pressure me for opting out of repair. Respectful and professional! Glad they live near me! Store is super clean!

I am not generally a fan of big box furniture stores but the exact table and chairs I wanted were available at this store so I went in. The customer service was excellent - the young salesman who helped us really went out of his way to answer my many questions - and we had our dining set in two business days. Great!

Had several great experiences at this store. Sales rep Adam Bryan was extremely helpful in selecting and ordering our appliances and making sure everything was correct. The store manager, Syed, went out of his way to assist us when the pandemic caused delays in appliances due to chip shortages. Would highly recommend this store.

I took my broken Sony CyberShot camera in to MTC in Whitby on Thursday afternoon. The counter staff impressed me with their very friendly and helpful demeanor and I left my camera for evaluation. Friday morning I received a verbal repair estimate, along with a friendly suggestion that they use a courier to save me the long trip to/from Whitby. I gave the go-ahead and the repaired camera was delivered to my home Monday morning. I commend MTC for their excellent service.

Dan is an excellent Business man working hard to make a living and at the same time doing something productive in his life you may see posts about Dan judging his business in a bad review however that is that persons opinion I always have had good things to say about Dan and his business don't Judge a book by it's cover. Personally I'd rather go to Dan than any other store because I know that Dan is highly qualified for his line of work and I also know that I am going to get a good deal.
