I had a visit from a raccoon in the middle of the night who tore the vent cap off. I called Jimmy the Roofer and explained the problem. He was at my door in less than 15 minutes. He was able to fix all 5 vents and add eavestrough covers along 1 side of the house which another contractor had never returned to finish. He and his partner were friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. They explained various options and let me pick what I wanted. They also cleaned up before they left.

The owner is friendly and very reasonable. He is not there to rip you off as most of these shops do. He helped me order OEM pads and rotors at the fraction of the cost offered by BMW. I will definitely come back again when i need service or repairs and will continue recommending him to family and friends.

I have been going to JR Auto Care on and off for over 20 years at times when I have lived in Toronto. I just bought my house and a month later my furnace stopped working, I had never needed to call a heating company before so I looked through the yellowpages and called a few different companies. I spoke to City Gas, they lady that answered the phone was great and their pricing was cheaper than many other companies I had called.
Their technician came to my house within an hour of my call; he was very friendly and professional and he fixed my furnace quickly and efficiently. I was very happy with their service and I will defiantly be using them again! Thanks City Gas!

AMAZING customer service from Dock Edge. I have a pair of mooring whips and a pair of wall mount flag poles from Dock Edge and they are excellent products. I had a small part on one of my flagpoles which broke and I emailed them to buy the part, they told me to come in and they searched the whole facility to find some to give me. I will definitely buy Dock Edge products in the future.
