Almost half of the community sees Dr Chung and it’s spreading like wild fire! The staff there is knowledgeable and personable, Dr Chung is patient with adults and children, he always takes his time to answer all my questions.

I bought a new frame from this store of Londonfog, and I am really happy with it. Frame is really of excellent quality and price was also good. Dr. Chung and the staff at the Eaton Centre are a pleasure. They were all highly professional, prompt (no waiting!), and personable. Dr. Chung was very thorough with his examination, he took time to answer my questions and I did not feel rushed. I highly recommend him and will continue to do my eye examinations at this location.

I have been a long time customer of this branch. Staff is always polite, no hard sell. Actually, Bruce pointed out an issue with 1 of my initial choices. I just recently went in during the pandemic, had to wait a bit outside in my car as they are properly adhering to the govt guidelines of protocol. The staff had to deal with rude customers while I was there, and were polite but firm about the restrictions. I would highly recommend this store and their staff.

Ali is very considerate, knowledgeable, helpful , not sparing any effort to keep customers happy and satisfied.

This is one of the most amazing eye glass shops I have ever been to . The customer service is above and beyond amazing. The greeted me with warmth and kindness as soon as I entered the store. . the eye exam was done with great care and they took their time to ensure the prescription was accurate, I did not feel rushed or pressured. they provided a tray of treats and they had caramel candies, my favorite. I walked out the same day with the glasses I needed.

While waiting I noticed they have a great selection of polarized sunglasses, many shapes and styles to choose from at reasonable prices! I bought a glasses for my child , they confirmed the delivery in 3 days - no news for a couple of days later - after calling couple of times , the lady was so rude and she just said they are busy and cut the phone while we were still asking her questions ! Really pathetic customer service .
