Dr Chahal is extremely thorough. She works for you on your behalf with other specialists and follows up well to ensure you are not left without an advocate to get things done. Her receptionist Connie is amazing. Her office is very comfortable and relaxing.

May long weekend on Saturday my cat was deathly ill I called several vets left messages only one called me back Dr.McKenzie he saw her the following morning was kind and gentle wasn���t sure if she could be helped so gave me a couple of options now we wait and see if my beautiful girl has a chance Thankyou Dr.McKenzie ������

I have been a patient at the Mt Ida Clinic for many years. I have found the staff pleasant, efficient, kind, accommodating and compassionate. Being a Walk In Clinic there is sometimes a wait but I always get care as soon as is possible. Dr Lorenz is my family Dr and I have been and am very satisfied with the excellent treatment I receive from him.
I have also occasionally seen other Dr’s at the clinic when Dr Lorenz. was unavailable and also received excellent care from each one.

The staff are caring & organized and I really appreciate the email reminder. When necessary they do not hesitate to squeeze you in. Dr. Evans is always in good humour and punctual with her appointments. If she cant look after your issue she is quick to refer you on to the expert.

Incredible surgeon
I would highly recommend Dr Yavin
My Wife had a situation where it was originally explained to us that surgery was impossible.
He along with his colleague accomplished the impossible in a 6 hour surgery one day followed by another 6 hour surgery the following day. We will always be indebted to his professional help, during our difficult experience. He was our glimmer of hope, and his team achieved the impossible.

I had to be admitted into emergency for severe pain only to have emergency surgery performed by Dr Eeson. He told me exactly what was gong on and in perfect detail what was going to transpire. Excellent care. Both eyes layered to open angles. No pain. Very friendly staff and Dr. Jelfimow is awesome. Last time I had this procedure done the Dr. was arrogant and rude. Dr. Jelfimow put me at ease right away and I am confident he will manage the hereditary glocoma in a manner that keeps my sight as long as possible!
