I wish to say thank you to my new dental surgeon Dr. Viana. He performed an outstanding job explaining to me what type of dental work I require. He patiently allowed me to see my X-ray and will stop throughout the teeth cleaning to show me what my much deeper teeth appeared like with the assistance of a mirror. His bedside behavior was good. Great experience, wonderful dentist, extremely polite, professional, cool and informative. Will obviously be returning to this dental office again.

The staff was patient and helpful. My son had his wisdom teeth removed and was very confused, but they demonstrated a lot of patience in how they spoke with him. The only thing that could be improved upon is the option for direct billing. I know it isn’t without its challenges, but it does make accessing the service a little simpler. Dr. Shimizu did an excellent job on my wisdom teeth for multiple members in my family and I told him I would not be able to have a follow up the next week ad I would be out of the city and just now at 9pm at night he went out of his way to call me and see how my teeth were. Incredibly caring doctor and very insightful on the few follow up questions I had about care for my mouth.

Professional support from Dr. Wilk and his staff. High tech equipment; 3D imaging equipment and the means to produce crowns directly in the on site lab. I was amazed; I had a tooth with a large cavity where the filling had dislodged. The tooth was prepared, shaped, scanned and the crown produced and installed all in one 2 hour visit !
The cost was extremely reasonable and much lower than I expected. Dr. Wilk's knowledge and experience is exceptional.

Excellent service. Always on time. Always friendly. Always concerned with my overall health (since it is connected to my oral health). Holistic (no silver fillings, uses ceramic implants which are similar to real bone, even recommends Traumeel! The office doesn't even smell like chemicals. On the pricey side, but my health is worth it!
