We had a breakdown on Hwy 11 which stranded our family of 6 in July, 2016. Powassan Auto Service took exceptional care of us-keeping us and our children safe roadside, providing a comfortable place to relax with a coffee and drinks, and most importantly, by delivering fast, honest and reliable emergency service to our truck. We blew a brake line in Algonquin Park and assumed our vacation was pretty much toast. Abby behind the desk was incredibly helpful and friendly. Andrew in the garage went right to work, fitted us with a new line and had us back on the road within an hour. He was absolutely terrific, a real professional. Their pricing was outstanding.
