I can't say I've ever had a bad customer service experience at this Shoppers. My favorite department to deal with is the Post Office, because that is where I pick up my parcels. He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. The windows themselves are perfect, helping to keep my energy costs down (and the aesthetic of the house up!). The installation team was professional, courteous, and perhaps most importantly, clean. Excellent service at the pharmacy with superior communications with your prescriptions. All staff is friendly and extremely helpful in every way. If there are negative reviews about this place, then it is obviously because of your attitude. I have been going there for years now . . . and I am probably one of the more fussy customers . . . they are excellent in every way and fill out my 3 month prescriptions with efficiency.
