OMG I am so amazed. Took my boyfriends truck here because the inside was sooo dirty (plus he is a smoker). Got a full interior detail hoping for the best. I never expected the inside of this truck to look brand new! I have no idea how they did it - the BEST by far! Not only does the truck look BRAND NEW, you can't tell he ever used to smoke - they even got the stains out of the seats! Today I awoke to find that I had a flat tire. After using a portable compressor to fill tire w/ air I went to the my local kal Tire store. I asked if they could repair my tire and ther repair was completed in 1/2 hour. Thanks to Natasha @ front desk and Balal who repaired my flat. Both were very courteous and efficient. Greetings, I am sure you get a few complaints through your Customer Service Department. This not a complaint at all. I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business. Today I popped a tire on my way from Calgary to Drumheller, I dropped by to get my spare tire checked and they were able to tighten my wheel and pump in air in a matter of 5 minutes.
