We had an injured baby racoon in our backyard. We had called several places but this was this only place we could get a hold of on a Friday night. I have been bringing my 10 year old cat Squishy here for about 6 years now (since Konnie opened) and will not bring her to anyone else! She is a Persian who hates even looking at a brush or comb and she was horribly abused prior to me adopting her so grooming her is best left to the professional:) Prior to taking her to Konnie she had been to a few other groomers in Whitby and she would end up sick and have the runs afterwards!Never with Konnie & it's reassuring Konnie has her cat first-aid:) Lire plus

I own a territorial yorkie and he hates everyone aside from family. He loved the owner, gave her kisses and even flashed her one of his creepy smiles. Harry's hair was long and crazy. I've never seen him look so young. We can't stop cuddling with him because he looks like a little teddy-bear.We'll be back. Oh, and they don't drug the dogs. Our biggest fear was that they'd knock him out because he's usually so vicious. We've also heard horror stories and thankfully, this wasn't one of them. Lire plus

Peter has his hands full cutting Max, our rescue a Westie/Maltese mix. Max has always had issues but Peter takes his time and gets it done. T'ikka, our full Maltese, is easy and fun to cut, compared to Max. I will continue to use Peter as a part of the team that maintains the health of my dogs. I adopted a bichon frise from a puppy mills and my dog is always afraid of people and grooming, but for some reason she was very calm here. My bichon looked so happy when I picker her up and her grooming was excellent!! The owner was very patient and she gave me advice about how to take care of her.
