Herbers on Parson road is one of the best companies to deal with. The customer service is rated on the high end of excellence. I was impressed with each of the service representatives I dealt with as they were respectful of my time and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. Capital Towing SAVED US. We got a flat outside of Destruction Bay and barely made it to Haines Junction. The tow truck driver drove all the way to pick us up and transport us and our car to Whitehorse. Upon arrival, the owner had a plan already figured out. He put our car on a moving van and flew us all the way down to Edmonton, where MINI was sending our car. He made reservations for our flight and even lent us one of their vehicles to get around! At the start of our hunting trip I hit a rock and split the side wall on my quad tire .I needed a quad tire and they happen to have one the size I needed. They changed it over to my rim in 15 minutes on a Saturday at a very reasonable price. I was able to continue hunting and were very successful. My septic system was down in the middle of winter. I called Lisa at their dispatch. She had 2 people to my house within 2 hours on short notice. They showed up and had it fixed in 30 minutes. My husband and I recently visited The Eye Centre, and we were very impressed with the service. Very knowledgeable, friendly staff. I would have given a rating of 5 stars except during our first visit, my husband was seen first, but then was left waiting right up until the time that I was finished my appointment with the doctor (about 20/30 minutes). His tray with his paperwork was put on a desk and not dealt with. But our second visit to pick out our frames was great! We would come back!
