Customer service on both the sales and service side were beyond expectations. The staff were knowledgeable and prompt with answers to the questions I had on purchasing a new vehicle and the service required. Dan was very informative about the vehicle I was purchasing and supportive throughout the process. The service side was exceptional as well. He genuinely likes to help people and has helped me on many occasions. My car overheated in Port Perry and CAA had it towed for me all the way from Port to Scarborough and the tow truck driver even knew Roland from their younger days.
