THIS IS A FAMILY RUN STORE AND THE OWNER, SARAH, HAS A VERY CARING PERSONALITY. THE WEST SCARBOROUGH & PICKERING AREAS HAVE LONG BEEN IN DESPERATE NEED OF A HEALTH FOOD STORE AND TNS LOOKS LIKE THEY INTEND TO SERVE THE AREA WELL. THEY DON'T STOCK THE BRAND OF TEA TREE OIL I WAS LOOKING FOR HOWEVER, AN EXCELLENT & KNOWLEDGEABLE RECOMMENDATION WAS MADE WHICH I SEARCHED OUT ON THE WEB AND DETERMINED THAT THE SELECTION PROPOSED HAPPILY WAS BETTER THAN THAT FOR WHICH I WENT IN TO THE STORE. I WILL BE BACK SOON!

I never got a chance to use them because of timing, so we were forced to cancel (I was so embarrassed). But they were very *very* kind about it and these days, when kindness is in short supply, I found that very welcoming. Some might say its silly to rate a business 5-stars because of being nice, but nice matters.

Had to have an 8-year-old cat groomed for the first time in her life. The staff at Muddy Paws really know what they are doing. They made the cat feel so comfortable that she didn't get nervous at all, just sat quietly and enjoyed the pampering. All the dogs that were being picked up looked pretty happy too.
