The service guy that came out from Carters, found the problem that I have been having for awhile. I had two other companies out and they could not figure out what was going on with my equipment. Carters pricing seemed to be lower then the other companies that I had out.

Very friendly service, economical. Our furnace was not working and it was winter time, so our house was getting pretty cold. He found the part we needed, installed it and we were back to being nice and warm.

We were looking at having to get a new washer before we talked to G&H. They advised us that they could repair our old one for less than half a new one and it would last longer too!
For $180 in parts and labour and a half hour’s time, our 13yr old direct drive unit is running like new!
Would recommend to anyone who has a direct drive washer to have it repaired by G&H instead of replacing it with a junk new one!

I cannot give enough praise for this company. I am 79 years old and they came through wonderfully for my wife and I. We had a central A/C installed in 2 weeks by an exceptionally able young man who worked nonstop to install everything. The work was done cleanly and the A/C works perfectly We are so satisfied with this company. We had a furnace installed by them a few years ago, again with the same professionalism and care. This is one of the best I have known in my long years. Well done guys!!
