A Ford service dealer had flagged the need to replace the brake pads of my Ford F 350 tow truck. I made an appointment with Budget Brake & Muffler in Coquitlam, BC to replace my brake pads before embarking on a RV trip. I was pleasantly surprised when John Sinkie told me that my brakes were good for another 20,000 k’s & did not need replacing at this time. I find this honesty refreshing & rare. Dan was quick to respond, knowledgeable and has stock. His shop is humble but his customer service was excellent. I just picked up a new 28” deluxe SHO from his shop today. I feel I got a great unit at a great price and it was exactly what I wanted. Best yet is I didn’t have to wait weeks to order in a unit.
