I really lucked out when I found my new Focus hatchback. I was out car shopping when I went to Northway because, why not? My friend and I were helped by Ashley who gave me amazing customer service. I never once felt pressured by her or any of the other reps. She was very helpful in finding the right car for me and allowed me to feel relaxed when making this big purchase decision. I have had my snowblower and lawn mower serviced at R&A for the past 3 years. Before that I used a larger company and usually left feeling that I had been taken. With Reg it is usually just a preseason tune up now but if I need to go with a specific problem it is always taken care of. I had my snowblower picked up this morning - broken cable was repaired in no time. Minimum charge and back in my garage now. I would highly recommend Reg and R&A - Great service at a great price, friendly too!

We spoke to a gentleman Orville who was so pleasant and looked into info for us and was the best....
