Due to an issue with my alternator I had to get a tow. I called CAA spoke with Bruce. He advised me that Mccracken would be able to assist within an hour and a half. I called at 4:30 am and by 6:52 am Bill arrived. He was very pleasant, approachable and helpful. I was honestly quite impressed with the beginning to end experience that I received. Thank you Bill.
P.S. Bill is from Campbellford area and if his boss happens to read this.....he definitely deserves a raise.

On the eve of taking a 58 Triumph to Kingston for some work my starter motor seized. I called CAA and they sent a flatbed from Johnston's towing in Peterborough. The shop sent a fellow named Ray, who clearly had a a huge level of experience in dealing with classic and show cars. I was very impressed. Johnston's, you have a very valuable employee and I appreciated the level of expertise and experience. My car arrived at the shop in perfect condition and I have never me a friendlier guy.

I am so thankful for being there when I needed them the most. They have been extremely helpful. And when I called tonight telling them my car will not start the man who answered was super sweet and compassionate and was concerned of my well being as it is the coldest night of the year they offered free service to boost my car. I needed a trusted flatbed service to move my stored 1967 Texas Camaro RS to the shop after 10 years of storage. Bob’s said they would send Darryl who specializes in old car issues. He was fantastic. It was a 7:00am pick up .. he was on time and incredible with care and professionalism. The price was fabulous and I would definitely recommend not only Bob’s but also Darryl.

We had called Jim's Towing in the evening and were able to get them out to move a shed the following morning. Very impressed with their service. Doug from Jim's Towing assisted with this. This was a huge shed and extremely heavy. After already having a different company out who said they couldn't do it, Doug had the shed on the flatbed by himeself! KUDOS! We would definitely use their service again!
