The patient care provided by Breakthrough is specific to my 8 year old daughter's needs, and not one size fits all. She has autism and ADHD, speech delays, and cognitive delays. The neurofeedback program designed by Dr. Oh and the clinical counselling provided by Caterina, RCC, have helped my daughter improve in awareness and attention to others. We took both of our daughters (3.5 and 1) to get their eyes checked with Dr. Clement Chan, and he did very well to make the eye exam quick and fun for them. My elder daughter had told him about her favourite Disney princess, and Clement prepared a special video of that princess for her to watch during one part of her eye exam. We appreciated Clement's thoroughness and friendliness, and will definitely be back.
As a bonus, his office is newly renovated and right besides Menchie's.

The vets and staff really took the time and cared about my dog Spyro, they all treated her so well. When she had to be put down due to illness and old age (18 y.o.) they were compassionate and sincere.
I am forever thankful to them for extending my little girls life and keeping her as active and healthy as possible right to the end.
