We were in St. Catherines for a road test when the steering wheel locked and left us very panicked. A young gentleman from Canadian tire came to help us and was able to get us back into our car in seconds. He was very kind and rescued us from potentially a very stressful afternoon. We are extremely grateful for his assistance. Excellent customer service and would absolutely recommend their place of business. Thank you again!

I brought a car in for a drive belt replacement. The service manager Richard, looked at the belt and told me it was new so I didnt need it replaced. He did not charge me for the service check and recommended belt dressing as I had a squeal on start up. Had this been any other service station I would probably have paid for a new belt and any other issue they could find. I would highly recommend Canadian Tire service on Glendale Ave and big shout out to Richard. Thank you. BTW dressing worked grea

My mechanic referred me to Sam Agostino as I am fairly new to the city and was unsure who to trust. I did not feel any pressure from Sam who was incredibly patient and kind. I test-drove quite a number of cars (sorry Sam) as I was uncertain about what to buy. I bought a 2020 Venue with only 12K's on it! I am 65 years old and wanted a mini coop.. i hooked up with Chris. Best service i have ever had.. i live 2 hours away and was nervous about driving that far and he offered to drive the car to my house to see it.. Who does that.. 1 am hearing impaired and he spent 1/2 hour on the phone with my insurance company as i couldnt hear on the phone.. again never met a car salesman that did that.. i had other vehicles i wanted to see as well but purchased from chris.. its the place to go for sure
