Bought a new stationary bike and rowing machine. When Adam came to put the equipment together, it turned out the seat on the bike was broken. They were very responsive and apologetic and not only replaced the seat, but actually exchanged the entire bike. Great service. Would definitely get all our equipment from HomeFit Kitchener.

Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. Kismet is my go-to place for Indian/Bangladeshi food in Waterloo. I usually get take out because the space is pretty small, and I've never had a problem with the people at the cash. My partner is not a fan of cilantro and they've never given as a problem when we ask for items without.
Their naan is the best I've had in Waterloo (Grain of Salt in Cambridge is the only place I've tried with better naan). Much better than the sort of pancakey stuff I've seen at other places *cough*Curry in a Hurry.
I really like their aloo gobi, which is potato and caulifower with curry spices. Their chicken korma is also delicious.

Have been twice now- one business lunch and then was so pleased took the hubby. Ordered from daily special menu both time, Good deal- lunch was soup/app & main , dinner was app/main & dessert. Great price & wonderful food. Best Mango Creme Brule ever - and what was that raspberry/chocolate sauce YUMM! Steaks were melt in the mouth. So much food on both occassions had huge doggie bags to enjoy later. How can anyone not Luv this place. Beautiful, great friendy service, washrooms to die for and the food Martha, oh the food! Well done all around!

We go to the Barley Works on Friday or Saturday nights after nine pm to play trivia. We have samples seveal of their menu offerings and really enjoy the perogies and spinach salad. April is a great bartender and we are never left waiting or wondering if we are being taken care of.
Worth the drive to Waterloo if you like a place to sit and play a bit of interactive trivia. So long as you don't mind that it is mostly a student hangout (and we "old fogies" don't mind at all).
