The staff is always super friendly, and I’ve had amazing work done by the dentists. I had an after hours emergency because I had been in an accident and my front teeth were broken. Dr Ian and Dr Chris came in after hours to help me. I’m SO grateful! They really care about their patients and definitely go above and beyond for them. I have three small children, and they all see Dr Chris. He is patient, gentle, and he is so understanding of my child who has sensory issues. Highly recommend!

They were able to start the work a week or so earlier than planned. The professional and courteous crew showed up on time and had the fence demo’d and built in three days. A couple years ago I stopped by Lou's to get a cost estimate to repair some minor paint damage to the rear of my car caused after backing into a steel cable. Other estimates I received were in the $2000 to $3000 range. Lou's thought the damage could mostly be "polished out" and immediately went ahead and tried that. Sure enough, that worked very well and I was more than satisfied with how it looked. It impressed me that they would find a way to repair the damage at a lower cost...right away.
