Staff have been helpful and prompt making sure we got a po box the same day I stopped in to ask for one and they have always made sure mislabeled mail got delivered and held the packages for us. As a resident of black diamond I have never had any issues.

The people that work at the post office in Okotoks downtown are friendly, kind and super helpful! I hadn’t shipped an item in a long time and they were very efficient in teaching me what to do and how to get the package out most cost effective.

Troy and his team went above and beyond to give my daughters car a thorough inspection and fixed everything that required attention in order for her to drive safely out to Ontario, on a very short time frame. We were not able to give them a lot of notice but he fit us in and they worked overtime to complete the necessary repairs. As with any emergency, we were quite anxious about what to do. Our electrical lines were severed during a wind storm. We called Electricman because our neighbor had used them and recommended them. He brought a generator so we could at least temporarily heat our house. He contacted the city and Enmax for us, and also fixed the mast thingy so that we could have our power restored. WOW!! I love these guys. Electricman was the right chiocve. Thanks Neighbor!!
