Glen and the team fixed a known issue with my 2015 Mustang, from reading other peoples experiences with this issue it seems hard to diagnose and correct but Glen and the team at Dixie Ford kept at it and finally after replacing some drive train components it is running smooth. Very easy experience, friendly service and provided a rental vehicle as my car needed to stay a few days.

You're not a 5 star dealership because you sold someone a great car that they love. You're a 5 star dealership when you sell someone a car that has issues and you immediately fix them. That's what happened to me. My Tesla has issues in the first week after I bought it. Zack told me to take it directly to Tesla to get it fixed. The repair bill was nearly $1,000 and Seven Speed paid the whole bill. Trust these guys, they have your back!

TOTAL SATISFACTION! My wife and I were in the market for a smaller second car to replace her 2004 Vibe and we started our search on the net, reviewing, pricing and searching the market. We gathered a few brochures, including a couple from the Milton Kia dealership. This is when we met Juan Carlos and his manager Victor and our first impressions were very positive. These gentlemen were respectful, attentive and genuinely helpful. No pressure, just a smile and a desire to be helpful. In the end, we purchased a Kia Soul at a very good price. I had done my homework and JC and Victor met my price without hesitation. I was impressed, not only with their approach, but with the car I purchased, the 5 year warranty, the 5 year road assistance plan, the free oil changes from Milton Kia for 5 years, the 0% financing and no payments for three months. They would never tell me what exact maintainence I was paying for etc so I decided to switch to Airport Kia. They were so welcoming and explained everything they did to my car during servicing.
