Riteway has done a couple of repairs on my truck, initially damaged on the driver’s side door and then a year later when the paint from that repair started to peel after a car wash. The repair was done under warranty in a timely manner and returned to me on the promised date. A rental car was organized with drop off & pick up arrangements that suited my complicated schedule. Everybody was helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make things work. Now, several years later, all looks good

I was very pleased to have my car serviced at Richards Auto Clinic. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about any issue for your specific make and model of car. My wife and son had a tire blow out on hwy 400, and after calling for her auto service she called me to ask me where to go, I was at a meeting in Newmarket and I went on the AP from Yellow Pages that was on my blackberry and found this place right away. They had the tire that she needed within two hours, and were able to accommodate me over the phone when I felt helpless in this situation. We may live in Toronto, but I will be recommend that the service they provide is worth the drive.

I had a great experince at R&S Auto. I brought my Acura TLX here and the service was fantastic. I had an issue with my suspension and they sent me a clear inspection showing me pictures and videos which was very cool. They took the time to help me understand what i was paying for which is not very common.
