I saw Chad for multiple visits for what ended up being diagnosed as a right hip labral tear. He helped me with strengthening, pain reduction, and range of motion, so much so that I was able to resume exercises that I couldn't attempt in months. I'm so grateful for his help and could not recommend his services more highly.

I have had nothing but the best attention when I do my banking at Leslie and Lakeshore branch. Anurag was serving me as I had lost my debit card. He inquired why I don't use on line banking. Being a senior I am afraid to do anything new. He proceeded to show me how easy it was and got me started. He was so kind and patient and determined to teach me. He even helped me with an e transfer. This is my 3rd review of this bank. Always willing to help and walk away feeling I have learned something.

Called Matrix Locksmith due to a stuck lock, not responding to locking mechanism, I have the fuhr multipoint door lock type, so the locksmith came same day, price was reasonable and did fuhr multipoint door lock replacement, all is working smoothly now and the door is back to lock.
