We bought a cart that had to be assembled demo the east Windsor Canadian Tire store and we discovered that two of the parts were defective. We were delighted to learn that all we had to do was to bring the parts back to the store and they would replace them from another box. The service was extremely helpful and friendly. We couldn't be happier with the service we received at this store.

Another excellent experience with The Floor Store. We had great advice and lots of help from friendly staff to choose the proper floor for the kitchen and hallway to the front door. Very good prices. Installation was done promptly and the installers worked hard again doing a great job. They will certainly be the ones to do more in our house very soon. We definitely recommend them to everyone! I was disappointed to see Shopper's Drug Mart close and at first was very skeptical that IDA would be able to get to this level of service. I am pleased to see how far they have come!
Lisa and Tara (beauty section) are just wonderful!!
All of the staff are attentive.
I appreciate the prompt and professional service offered by the pharmacy.
The new clothing and gifts are such a bonus!
Not as interested in the health care end but I might become more interested as I age.

Vertical Concepts have put beautiful blinds in my living room, then I had them come back to put blinds in all the basement windows once it was renovated.
The service is great, and the blinds beautiful. I highly recommend them
