My GP Dr. Marshall spent the time to review my concerns and had me undergo many lab tests in order to rule out possible issues. One of the last revealed a problem that necessitated an MRI which confirmed my ailment.
From the first appointment to surgery took less than three months.
The receptionist have always been professional and have treated me with respect. One saw me walking past the office to let me know of they had rushed a special appointment for me. She also had reassuring words for me.

Great service from Dave and his Team , very trustworthy, friendly not pushy like other shops .. , communicates very well regarding my body work repairs. I’ve had all my vehicles including Lincoln Navs, , Mustangs , and all my Porsche body work done with Belmont. Will continue with future vehicles . Rascals is such a treasure! From the moment you walk in the door you are warmly greeted and made to feel you and your business are very appreciated. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their products and happy to answer all questions. The store is very well laid out and well stocked and very easy to navigate. I love the bulk treat section which allows me to try many different products in small amounts! The toy section is big fun! My boys love Rascals and so do we!

When asked the location of dried fruit, the associate (a woman I was meeting for the first time) led me to the main location. She had correctly pointed me there, but accompanied me, apparently to check that her information was correct, and on the way I mentioned I was looking for a specialty product (Medjool dates). She left me before my inspection showed that the product was not on aisle 8 but then caught up with me at the friendly checkout with my desired product. Wow--upped Costco big time.

Our family of 3 rented one of your suites for a short vacation from our hectic lives on the mainland. We have been to Victoria before but have always stayed in hotels, this was our first time with Victoria Prime. I don't think I can remember a time I have ever felt so taken care of by a hospitality company. I wish I could recall the name of our host, she was so great, she even provided us with suggestions as to things our teen daughter would enjoy while being forced to "hang" with "the parents.

I can hardly tell you how pleased I am with Staples in Langford. I purchased a gizmo to convert slides into digital images with the help of Kenyon, who gave knowledgeable, friendly service, with technical expertise. Two months later, the converter stopped working. Jo, Mary, and Laurel were all completely helpful. I thought I'd have to send it back to the manufacturer or something awkward, but everyone did her best to make sure I had a new one in short order -- no doubts about my situation, and only a very short form to fill out. Friendly, happy, humourous, and very competent people. Wow. You can't get much better than that.

I have to say, when I find I have Sunny as my checkout clerk I smile. He's a great guy with a (sunny) disposition. His line is always the longest and he get's his job done expertly and in good time. Shopping is not my favorite thing to do so it's nice to deal with a pleasant staff member.
