My first visit to this dental clinic, from the moment I walked in I was treated like a long time friend. The front desk staff called me by name, introduced themselves, talked with me regarding the changes made due to the Covid restrictions and new processes I would be unfamiliar with. My hygienist took time to explain what she would be doing as she did it. Each staff member that entered the room, announced and introduced themselves. Direct billing and free parking was a welcomed change

Was an AMAZING experience from start to finish. My appointment was at 7:30am. Staff was already in place, smiling, professional, organized and ready to start. Hygienist, support staff and Dr. Crawford were incredible. Patient, kind, easily answered questions. Office was beautiful, bright, clean, organized and welcoming for ALL ages. My whole family swears by Diamond Dental - we love the hygienists and assistants, they are talented and considerate. Dr. Diamond's skills go beyond general dentistry - we've been so impressed with the work he has done on all of us, and he is very patient and takes the time to get to know us. The entire staff makes us feel at ease - it is always a pleasant experience to visit our dentist! We've recently started going to this new clinic and love it - it is a fresh and state of the art environment.

She has a lot of experience and that makes her a very good doctor as well as her kind demeanor and attention to her patients. I found this dental office spontaneously when I needed an emergency root canal and they were in the same building as my old job. I have a severe phobia of dental work and I can't say enough great things about this place. All the staff is very supportive and understanding. They all work together to make me as comfortable as possible each and every visit. The hygienists are so gentle and understanding and take their time when they know you are frightened. Enter the actual dentist, doctor Kachuk, who is just as supportive and understanding, and is truly excellent at his craft. He let me set my own pace until I started feeling more comfortable. With his fantastic work I now have about ten years of waiting dental work finished and couldn't be happier. Short version: amazing dentist, go here.

NataLee performed 4 deep cleaning and root planning sessions. No pain, no discomfort, and surprisingly relaxing. Dr. Christa Favot performed what was considered complicated extractions of 2 extremely impaled root fragments, 3 wisdom teeth , and 2 molars. Following surgery there was absolutely no pain and not even a hint of swelling. In fact I went to my daughter’s school barbeque that same evening and stopped taking pain killers the day after surgery.
