Working with Randall Friedman over the past months has changed my life. Through deep tissue massage pain and tension has been released in my back, shoulders and neck. I now move easily and am able to exercise and enjoy life to the fullest. With added EFT treatments I no longer have negative food cravings and have lost over 40 pounds of weight, and let go of many limiting beliefs that were indeed holding me back from the life I was meant to live. Don't let the humble appearance of this restaurant fool you! Lhy Thai has fantastic food at very reasonable prices. Most meals fall in the $10 range, making it easy to justify a night out. I know of people who come here every time they're in the Vancouver/Burnaby area. Definitely worth checking out.
