I had very severe back and right leg pain and was off work. I was diagnosed by Dr. D'Astolfo with a herniated disc in my lower back and followed a spine care program and got treatment, spinal decompression, rehab and dietary advice. I was 50% better by 3 weeks and all the pain was virtually gone by 6 weeks!!! Thanks again to everyone at Spinegroup!

I’ve yet to have a bad experience here. Both the physio staff and massage therapists are fantastic and very attentive to your needs and abilities. Since being in my accident they’ve been nothing but amazing and offer such tremendous support. Even with such things going on in the world with COVID-19, they’ve still managed to work around this pandemic while taking every precaution to ensure patient safety. Wow is all I can say when it comes to activelife rehab and it's amazing staff!! I was always sceptical of this sort of thing, but I must not anymore. I awoke one morning and could barely walk. But 3 physio appointments later and I was a brand new person. And then just when u thought I couldn't feel any better they started me on massage therapy and let tell you there is nothing greatert then to be able to stand up straight and tall with no pain!! Almost feels like I grew a few inches. A big thank you to all of you!!
