Staff is excellent. They go the extra mile to help you resolve what challenges you have. The facility although small is kept in great shape and very clean. I HAVE to comment on the wonderful support I received from Kelly and Jaya when I went to my appointment to start with a CPAP machine. They explained everything clearly, thoroughly and patiently. Jaya called me the next day and since has been available for questions and encouragement. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store for CPAP treatment.

I had a tree fall on my car In Dec 2019. My insurer sent me to CSN in Burlington and I was treated very well. Unfortunately in March 2021 I noticed that the paint on the roof was bubbling and cracking. I took it in and WOW - they looked at it asked me to leave the car, offered a rental and my car was fixed and back within 5 days! THE BEST warrant experience I have ever had.
