No air and it was Canada day weekend during a very bad heatwave. I called J&S not really thinking anyone would get back to me until after the holiday. Although scheduling the work to be done took awhile - they were very busy - once a date was chosen, they got there promptly and completed the required work as well as quickly filing paperwork with ESA on my behalf.
