Chem-Dry is an excellent company! I have been using them for almost 15 years not for everything from regular carpet cleaning, to my upholstery and area rugs. Keith has dine 2 projects at our home in Cheltenham. He knows from experience what your soil is so there will be no surprises. Watching him in his machine is like ballet. Caring, patient, and very educated staff! They are with you every step of the way, and explain things to you very clearly before asking you to make a decision. They always keep you involved in the process, but do most of the work for you. They are very professional and an amazing team to have by your side if you are in a lawsuit. Dr Kim Hause is not only professional but is very friendlly and ready to explain what is going on with the affliction you have with your eye sight and give options. I went in November 8 for some snacks on my way home. There was an accident on the hwy which is why I stopped in. Katrina was very polite and friendly the whole time I was in there.
